At the Butterfly Pavilion, Kim DeLashmit led the organization through a two-year rebranding process that included more playful, cartoon-oriented graphics, online games and activities that directly appealed to the facility's target audience of families and kids. Rotating onsite themes and rewards programs generated an increase in repeat visits from families excited for new activites.
