Kim DeLashmit, Strategy
Kim is Orange's founder and the firm's lead marketing strategist. She has over 13 years experience working on both B2B and B2C campaigns in entertainment, education, luxury, fitness and nonprofits. She specializes in strategic planning, promotions and helping companies integrate new media into their marketing mix.
Clients have included Outlast Technologies, Colorado's Regional Transportation District (RTD), Pura Vida Fitness & Spa, Denver Center Theatre Company/Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Colorado State University and the Tri for the Cure to name just a few. In the nonprofit sector, Kim has led fundraising and marketing/PR efforts for such organizations as Colorado Ballet, the Art Students League of Denver, and the Butterfly Pavilion.
For fun and good karma, Kim volunteers as Board Vice Chair of Ballet Nouveau Colorado and on the American Transplant Foundation's Leadership Committee. Past volunteer work also includes Marketing Advisor to Colorado Association of Environmental Educators, Communications Committee for OpenWorld Learning along with various speaking engagements to help nonprofits integrate new technology into their marketing efforts.

Tony Aiello, New Media
Aiello has a proven track record driving successful engagement with millions of mobile and new media end users. Tony takes the mystery out of mobile and new media solutions by providing straightforward strategies and tactics to clients through his unique understanding of both new and traditional forms of media. As one of the most recognizable names in the new media sector, Mr. Aiello has appeared on MSNBC, Rachel Maddow Show, NPR All Things Considered, and PBS News Hour with Jim Lehrer. Additionally, he has been quoted in major publications such as the New York Times, US News and World Report and ABC.go.com among others.
Prior to joining Orange, Tony co-founded the mobile marketing company Mobile Accord and served as Chief Executive Officer of the company's mGive division. In that capacity he oversaw all domestic business operations and led the company through the groundbreaking mobile fundraising efforts for Haiti earthquake relief that raised over $40,000,000 in $10 donations all through text messaging.
Tony also served as Vice President of Affiliate Sales and Marketing for Jones Media Networks (JMN). His 20 years as a senior level media executive brings insight from wireless, cable and broadcast TV networks, national network satellite radio, global e-commerce and distance education.

Tabor Carlton, Interactive
For the last 12 years Tabor has been designing, programming, filming, composing, animating and writing for any form of media that he can
get his hands on. Since starting graphic design in 1998, he has won awards for his motion graphics work, website design and development as well as print and experimental advertising. He is an active member of the Open-Source Community and loves building websites and custom modules in the in MODX CMF, MODx Content Management System / Framework (L.A.M.P. environment, of course).

Tabor is the founder of Alternative Media, LLC, is a shareholder in PeaceMaker American Whiskey and still finds time to spend with his beautiful Australian wife and 4 boys. He also likes getting tattooed and drinking Pale Ale.

Jill Hodges, Graphic Design
Jill has been finding adventure in art since 1999 as a senior designer for Modern Bride Magazine. She quickly branched out into identity work for brands that span such products as OxiClean, New Genesis, Pura Vida Fitness and Spa, the Denver Broncos, the Butterfly Pavilion, Children's Hospital and About.com. Demonstrating her talent beyond print, Jill also designed the 2008 graphic-fashion apparel for Crocs – Men's, Women's and Children's clothing lines.
When she's not helping brands master their identities, you can find Jill at the helm of major Denver charitable events and as a spokesperson for many of her clients' promotional efforts. She continues to stretch herself in TV and is currently shooting several pilots. Jill is the founder of Jill Hodges Productions LLC
